Paul Giansiracusa was professional and thorough in his presentation of the plantation shutters. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained our options for this product and the process involved in ordering as well as the wait time. We were notified as soon as our blinds were ready and an installation date was set. Tom Connelly and Luke came out and had our plantation shutters installed in less than 2 hours. We would highly recommend Budget Blinds.

I had a wonderful experience with Budget Blinds from beginning to end. Lani took his time with us to explain all the different options and how to best tailor them to our needs. Brock and Chad performed the installation and I could see they are very experienced as they were extremely efficient. I also appreciated the transparency as they brought up a small defect in one of the blinds and quickly mobilized all the efforts to fix the problem. That's exactly the kind of service and reliability that one wants when investing so much money into something. Just one small feedback that I would like to leave is the attention to put back the furniture and pick up the trash left behind. Thank you so much, great team, great service and gorgeous blinds.
