Adam on the maintenance team was incredibly helpful - my unit was affected by a leak after hours and I happened to run into him in the hallway and asked for help. He immediately asked to see the problem, then helped fix it. I really appreciated him taking the time, especially when he had his hands full already and it being after working hours. He brought a dehumidifier, kept me informed on what the team was doing to stop the leak, and answered all the questions I had. Our unit has had several maintenance issues this past year, but the team is always quick to help us - and Adam especially is always the best at getting things solved!!

Anytime there's a maintenance issue, Ronnie is on the job. He is kind and always does top noch work. He knows his stuff and is definitely one of (if not THE) best maintenance personnel on staff!!! Edit to Add: Jamie is also incredible. Did quick work in and out and got the issue resolved in the same day!
